Multiflora Honey, Mānuka Honey UMF™10+, Vitamin C (12.5 mg), Ivy Leaf Extract, Citric Acid Anhydrous, Zinc Gluconate Equiv. elemental Zinc 1.5 mg, Dry Vitamin D 100SD/S (DSM) 5g. Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid
Children 4+ Years: Take 2 teaspoons (10ml) before bedtime.
Children 1-3 Years: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) before bedtime.
Best taken with food.
Shake well before use.
Store out of reach of young children.

Not suitable for children under 1 years, pregnant or lactating women.
