INGREDIENTS: PER 3 CAPSULES: Fish oil from anchovy, sardine and/or mackerel 3000mg (1000mg per capsule) (contains antioxidant [mixed tocopherols]), Gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerol, water).
Tested for mercury, lead and PCBs.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: ADULTS: Take 3 capsules per day with food. CHILDREN OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE: Take 1 capsule per day with food. CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE: Cut or pierce softgel, mix with drink or food, alternately squeeze oil directly into mouth. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
