Take one tablespoon (15g) with food in the morning. Larger quantities (up to 30g daily) may be taken to support stamina and athletic performance.
Granules may be taken with cereal, in smoothies or by the spoonful with water. Bee pollen granules can be taken straight off a spoon; children enjoy picking them up and eating them off a plate. Alternatively they can be mixed with other food stuffs and combine very well with breakfast cereals, fruit salads and ice cream. They can also be mixed with jam or honey and spread on toast, or thrown into a blender for a very healthy smoothie addition.
