Super Simple Oat & Banana Biscuits with Mānuka Honey

The perfect addition to the kids (or your own) lunchbox, a tasty and healthy treat.  The goodness of oats, Peanut butter and our favourite Mānuka Honey.


  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 bananas (the riper, the better)
  • 2 tablespoons Mānuka Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup sultanas (or mini chocolate chips)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Mash your bananas and add the oats.
  3. Microwave the Mānuka Honey and peanut butter until soft.
  4. Add all ingredients to the banana and oat mixture and stir until all the ingredients come together. Make sure that all the oats are covered.
  5. Shape heaped tablespoons of the mix and place onto a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Let biscuits cool on tray or eat them whilst they’re still warm.

Store in the fridge for up to a week....if they last that long.
