A smoothie is a great way to have a nutrient dense meal. You are able to pack in your favourite flavours, as well ingredients that might not taste as great on their own, but you know is good for you. Having a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts & spices in your diet will help support good digestive health.

Method
1. Combine banana, berries and milk in the blender and whizz until smooth.
2. Add honey to taste and blend until smooth and bubbly.
3. Pour into serving glass and top with fresh fruit and mint or nuts, seeds and coconut.
4. Drizzle top with Mānuka honey just before serving.
Tips
* Boost this simple smoothie with 15mLs of Olive Leaf Extract, vanilla or plain protein powder, or a collagen powder.
* Change up the flavour by swapping out the berries for fresh mango or ripe stone fruits.
* For an icy refreshing summer smoothie add ice and or use frozen banana and berries.
