ADULTS: Mix 15ml (1 tablespoonful) into one cup of hot water. Stir well. Repeat as required up to three times daily. CHILDREN OVER 5 YEARS: Mix 5ml (1teaspoonful) into half cup hot water. Adjust taste and temperature to suit with cool water. Repeat as required up to threetimes daily. CHILDREN 2 – 5 YEARS: We recommend Comvita^® Manuka Honey and Blackcurrant Elixir.
